Terms and Conditions

1.1 These Terms constitute a legal and binding agreement between you ("User") and 3D Build World, a business entity operating under the laws of the State of Kuwait.

1.2 By accessing the Platform or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return/Refund policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2.1 Users must be 18 years of age or older to register or make purchases. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 We reserve the right to deactivate any account if we discover it is being operated by a minor without proper supervision.

3.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, including but not limited to:

• Decree Law No. 67 of 1980 (The Civil Code)
• Law No. 20 of 2014 regarding Electronic Transactions
• Law No. 39 of 2014 regarding Consumer Protection

4.1 All content on the Platform, including text, 3D designs, graphics, logos, images, and software code ("3D Build World Content"), is the property of 3D Build World or its licensors and is protected by Kuwaiti and international copyright and trademark laws.

4.2 You are granted a limited, revocable license to access the Platform for personal use. You may not reproduce, resell, modify, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

5.1 Visual Accuracy: We provide 3D renders, photographs, and videos to represent our products. However, due to the nature of 3D printing and screen calibrations, we do not guarantee an exact match in color, texture, or finish between the digital representation and the physical Product.

5.2 Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the Product and send you a confirmation via email or SMS. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

6.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6.2 Any unauthorized access or purchases made through your account due to negligence (e.g., weak passwords, shared accounts) shall be the sole responsibility of the User.

7.1 3D Build World provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, the total aggregate liability of 3D Build World for any claim arising from the use of our Services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the User for the specific Product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3D Build World, its directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your misuse of the Products or Services

9.1 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of these Terms shall be settled through amicable negotiations.

9.2 If a settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Kuwait City, Kuwait.

10.1 We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Platform without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.

10.2 You may terminate your agreement by ceasing all use of the Platform and closing your account. Any outstanding payment obligations for ordered Products will survive termination.
